Siva Chaturvedi

Siva has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries. Before starting damaka, Siva worked at telecom technologies inc., Sonus Networks, MCI, Qwest, Agilent Technologies, British Telecom JV, Ericsson.

Siva has 116 issued and 16 pending patents in the area of Peer-to-Peer, UCC, voice and data networking. He has a BS in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and has done advanced coursework in Telecommunications at Southern Methodist University and has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Rajaraman Krishnan

Rajaram has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and networking. Prior to joining Damaka, Rajaram was a Founder and Managing Director of Solnet Technologies, a consulting services specializing in telecom software development. He has provided telecom consulting services to several clients in the US including Fujitsu, Datameg and Allied Telysyn. Prior to Solnet, Rajaram worked for Fujitsu Network Communications, USA where he was a lead developer contributing to several of their products including their terabit router and ATM switch.

Rajaram is also a coordinator of the Chennai Chapter of Asha for Education. It’s a non-profit organization which is helping improve education for underprivileged children in Tamil Nadu. It supports about a hundred government schools and provides scholarships to 100+ students from economically deprived background.

Rajaram has 4 patents in the networking field. He has a BTech in Computer Science Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology at Madras and a MS in Computer Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Rashmi Hiremath

Rashmi has over 15 years of experience in telecom, networking and software development with emphasis on mobile software and multimedia codec development.

Rashmi has 9 issued and 4 pending patents in the UCC field. She has a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mysore University, India and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Raghu Subramanian

Raghu is Founder and CEO of Nonadoo, a stealth-mode startup founded in late 2018. Prior to that, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Lab, where explored the frontiers of AI research with a view to exploit them in practical applications.

Before his interests turned to AI, Raghu was Corporate Vice President at Juniper Networks, leading the 900-strong technical half of its worldwide sales organization. In past lives, he has been: chief strategist for the security division, product evangelist to channel partners, product manager whose new products grossed 1+ billion dollars, an engineering manager at a start-up that was successfully acquired, and an intern at two venture capital firms.

Raghu has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine, and a B.Tech.in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur.
